Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,620 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a SNF setting.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Computer literacy, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
