Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,606 per week

About the role

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT
• Absorb and assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers
• Maintain patient safety and monitor their response to treatment
• Communicate patient progress to the supervising PT
• Accurately document treatments

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active (or pending) state PTA license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Qualifications

• New Grad PTAs welcome
