Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,549 per week

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Clearlake, California.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to promote physical rehabilitation.
• Assist in patient assessments and treatment planning.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in geriatric and short-term rehab settings.
• Experience with NetHealth/PCC.

• Experience with NetHealth/PCC.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 hours per shift.
