Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,512 per week
About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Green Cove Springs, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness
- Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on care and assist with exercises and activities
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License to start the assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in Physical Therapy
- A current active state license is required to start the assignment
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Meal break: 30 minutes
