About the role
Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with Jackson Therapy Partners! You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in regaining mobility and managing pain through therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License (required to start the assignment)
- BLS Certification may be required (from AHA or ARC)
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30 – 16:30
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Meal Break: 30 minutes
