Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,476 per week
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
Qualifications
- Completion of accredited PTA program
- Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- MD PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
About the Role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Annapolis, Maryland. This position will work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
Pay, Benefits, and Schedule
Pay: $1,453.29 - $1,498.24 per week
