Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,453 per week

About the role

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Mars Hill, North Carolina. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals

Requirements

• Must have earned an Associate's degree from an accredited school
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA

Schedule

8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week. 13-week duration with ASAP start.
