Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license (must have active License in hand)
- At least 2 years of recent PTA experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Current Resume
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for PTA
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
