About the role
Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Birmingham, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Adhere to infection control protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable in rehabilitation techniques

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
