About the role
Make a real difference as a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant with Jackson Therapy Partners in Greenfield, Wisconsin. You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. The assignment starts 10/19/2026, with a duration of 13 weeks (assignment length noted as 14 weeks in the posting). You’ll work 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active state license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC

Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
