Job Description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARCS
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30 - 16:30
- Shifts: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Location: Monroe, Michigan
