Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13‑week assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. The role involves working with patients recovering from injury or illness to improve mobility, function, and activity levels under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients recovering from injuries or illness.
• Help patients improve movement, reduce pain, and maintain activity levels.
• Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Requirements

• Active state license (required to start the assignment).
• BLS Certification may be required (AHA or ARC).

Pay
