About the Role
AHS Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Itasca, Texas. This is a 13-week assignment starting on 10/21/2026, with a schedule of 5 x 8-hour days.
Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care in a SNF setting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and patient education to promote recovery and improve quality of life.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Active and unrestricted professional license in Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence
