About the role
This position is for an Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) role in Thomasville, NC. The assignment is 8 weeks long, with a 40-hour work week and day shifts of 8 hours each.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- North Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$1,716.58 - $1,769.67 per week
Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts
- 40 hours per week
- 8-week assignment starting 09/07/2026
