About the role

The position involves providing physical therapy services at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center (ARU) in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment and medical diagnosis.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Requirements

• 40 hours per week.
• 8 hours shift.
• Current State Licensure.
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).

Qualifications

• Specialty: Physical Therapist.
• Discipline: Therapy.
• Experience: 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist.
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
