Travel Physical Therapist, Acute Rehabilitation Unit - $2,010 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a therapy setting
• Treatment of patients with various conditions under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
