Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an Acute Care hospital setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's functional needs and medical condition.
• Provide mobility, transfer, gait, balance, and therapeutic exercise interventions.
• Work with patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or hospitalization.
• Assess functional mobility and assist with safe discharge recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active Washington Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
