Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Arkansas
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer software used for patient documentation

Skills

• Knowledge of various physical therapy techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Benefits
