Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Chewelah, Washington. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid WA License.
• BLSE (Board Licensure Examination for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
