Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care - $2,946 per week

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Urbana, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (therapy), preferred.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
