Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care - $2,379 per week

Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for acute care hospital contract assignments in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Wisconsin
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other caregivers
• Delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians as needed

Pay

$2,208 – $2,379 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined. 13-week contract with possibility of extension in an acute care setting.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
