Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care - $1,762 per week

Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Okeechobee, Florida. This role is in an acute care hospital setting.

About the Role

This is a travel contract position with the possibility of extension. The role requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other caregivers.
• Delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Florida.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel.

Pay

$1,600 - $1,762 per week (subject to confirmation). Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
