About the role
Travel Physical Therapist in acute care setting, responsible for providing therapeutic rehabilitation services to patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Assist patients with recovery and functional improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of acute care physical therapy practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule
Work schedule includes 8‑hour day shifts, 40 hours per week. Assignment duration is 13 weeks.
