Advantis Medical is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy clinician for a 13-week travel assignment in Urbana, IL.

About the role

This travel position is at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. The contract lasts 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week on a day shift (8 hours per day, 5 shifts per week). Start date is as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1 year of Physical Therapy staff experience
• Associate degree or required certifications
• Current state license in Physical Therapy
• Valid State Issued Driver’s License or State ID
