Travel Physical Therapist - $982 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting immediately in Hickory, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Experience in outpatient or home health settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling.

Pay
