Travel Physical Therapist - $675 per week

Zack Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Winslow, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience.
• Active or pending State License as an Physical Therapy - PT.
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT.
• 11 hours per week, 11 hours per day shift.
• 11 leadership references, 1 current co-worker reference.
