About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Juneau, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop individualized therapy plans of care with measurable goals
- Treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses and functional limitations
- Review clinical records and case histories
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, students, interns, or support staff (if applicable)
- Assess, fit, and recommend durable medical equipment (DME)
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in adult outpatient rehabilitation
- Experience performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Experience developing individualized therapy plans of care with measurable goals
- Experience treating patients with a wide range of diagnoses and functional limitations
- Experience reviewing clinical records and case histories
- Experience collaborating with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, students, interns, or support staff (if applicable)
- Preferred experience with durable medical equipment (DME) assessment, fitting, and recommendations
- Active Alaska Physical Therapist License at time of submission
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Flu Vaccination
- Meditech EMR certification (if required)
