Travel Physical Therapist - $3,919 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Juneau, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopaedic and rehabilitation conditions.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress to maximize functional outcomes.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services as assigned.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, self-care techniques, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Active Alaska Physical Therapist License (Required at time of submission).
• Flu Vaccination (Required).
• Minimum 1 year of adult outpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Current BLS (AHA or equivalent).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or equivalent qualifying education).
