About the role
GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a home health position in Stockton, California. This is an 8-week contract with a start date as soon as possible. The shift is 8 hours per day, and overtime opportunities may be available. A company car and gas card are provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a home health or hospice setting
- Utilize Home Care Home Base with point-of-care experience
Requirements
- Active California PT license
- BLS certification
- 1–2 years of home health or hospice experience
- Experience with Home Care Home Base and point-of-care documentation
Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts
- 40 hours per week
- 8-week contract with potential for overtime
