Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent (required only if license obtained on or after January 2016)
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience (preferred)
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice (required)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (facility specific, required)
