Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Colorado or a compact state.
• BLS certification.
