Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Lamar, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Benefits

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
