LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Lakeport, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Current CA PT License
• At least 1 year experience as a Home Health PT
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance
• BLS certification preferred
• Perform 5 weighted visits per day, treating 4-5 patients per day

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
