Millbrook Support Services is seeking a dedicated travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Peridot, Arizona. This role requires excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and a team-player attitude. The provider will care for patients, collaborate with medical team members, and maintain accurate medical records.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience in a clinical setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred
- Valid state license in Physical Therapy
- American Heart Association BLS certification
