Required Skills & Experience

• Epic Experience Required: Minimum of six (6) - twelve (12) months within the past year
• Acute hospital setting experience required
• Epic Experience Required: Minimum of 6–12 months within the past year

Required Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program

Required Certifications & Licensure

• California Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards
