About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 15-week contract in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy practice.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
- Travel reimbursement available upon successful completion of the assignment.
