Travel Physical Therapist - $3,021 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Petaluma, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
