About the Role

Protouch Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a home health position in Chapmanville, West Virginia. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 11/09/2026, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week). Guaranteed hours are 32 per week, with a productivity expectation of 30 units. On-call duty may be required if requested, subject to change based on staff and branch needs.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist (required)
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Current driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance (required)
• 1–2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation setting (required)
• Experience with HCHB, OASIS, and home health (required)
• Previous home care experience (preferred)
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program (required)
