About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Ashland, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in acute inpatient and hospital-based outpatient PT clinic settings
- Manage caseload of approximately 8 outpatients per day; inpatient caseload varies from 5-12 patients
- Treat patients with diagnoses including ortho, geriatric, sports, Parkinson's, vestibular, pediatric, lymphedema, and wound care
- Complete 8 hours of in-house ortho education prior to treating ortho patients
- Work primarily inpatient with some outpatient coverage
Requirements
- State of WI license or application in place
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience; previous travel experience preferred
- Ortho PT experience required; outpatient experience a plus
- Previous EPIC experience helpful
Schedule
- 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekend morning rotation: inpatient only, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, approximately every 7th weekend
- 13-week duration starting October 5, 2026
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
