LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Ukiah, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a physician.
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Perform pelvic floor therapy as required.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license in California.
• PRPC or WCS certification or working towards certification.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in physical therapy.
• Experience with pelvic floor therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using medical software.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
