Travel Physical Therapist - $2,917 per week

About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all treatments and patient progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
• At least one year of recent relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Skills

• Skilled in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
• Experience working in a SNF environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours, days.
