Travel Physical Therapist - $2,886 per week

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in outpatient and acute care settings.
• Work 5 days a week, 8 hours each day, with a float satellite clinic 1 day per week and a medical center the rest of the time.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• At least one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• A current active Physical Therapy license in another state, with the ability to obtain an Arizona license if desired.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Schedule

5 x 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Floating to a satellite clinic 1 day per week and working at a medical center the rest of the time.
