About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14‑week assignment in Laconia, New Hampshire. The position is full‑time (40 hours/week) on an 8‑hour shift schedule (5×8s) with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week.

Requirements

• Active PT License
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,880.00 (based on 40 hours). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

5×8s (5 days, 8‑hour shifts), 40 hours per week, guaranteed 35 hours/week, 14‑week contract.
