Travel Physical Therapist - $2,863 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in Home Health.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Experience with home health care and geriatric populations preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Shift: 8 hours, 08:00:00-16:00:00, 8.00-5
