About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting on July 13, 2026, in Westbrook, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
