Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Havre, Montana starting September 23, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Conducts medically prescribed physical therapy addressing impairments and functional limitations to improve the patient's quality of life following injury or disease.
- Performs physical therapy assessments and treatments considering patient’s gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.
- Supports a team environment focused on both outpatient and inpatient care.
- Works rotating shifts for flexibility.
Requirements
- Must have a current active state license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience required.
- Knowledge of an EMR system is preferred.
Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), offering a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
