MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Antigo, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and passed the NPT exam
• Graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum one year’s experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Current CPR certification
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction
• Set realistic, achievable goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
