Travel Physical Therapist - $2,851 per week
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Greenville, North Carolina.
About the role
This is an immediate travel opening for a Physical Therapist (PT) in the acute care setting. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift. Travel employment type.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations.
- Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
- Bill within the respective setting, following facility guidelines.
- Comply with the respective PT board's rules and regulations within the state.
- Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
- Understand and recommend adaptive equipment.
- Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition.
- Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
- Ability to stand, walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
