About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- BLS certification
- AHA preferred
- Current, valid certifications
- Currently listed registry in state of practice
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Experience in rehabilitation settings
