Travel Physical Therapist - $2,846 per week
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week home health assignment in Pullman, Washington. The PT will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, develop individualized care plans, and help patients improve mobility, function, safety, and independence.
About the Role
This is a 13-week travel contract with CenterWell Home Health, offering an estimated gross pay of ~$2,566/week. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Taxable hourly rate: $33/hr
- Lodging stipend: $110/day
- Meals & incidentals (M&IE) stipend: $68/day
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
- Develop individualized care plans
- Improve patient mobility, function, safety, and independence
- Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation systems
Requirements
- Active Washington state PT license
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Reliable transportation
